We've made returns and exchanges simple through our self-service portal. Click the button below and use our Returns Portal to create a return, exchange or request Store Credit.

RETURNS

You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to return your items.

Returns to the original payment method are subject to a DKK 39 return fee, which will automatically be deducted from your refund.

Returned items must:

  • Be unworn and in their original condition.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be free from perfume, makeup, smoke or other signs of wear.
  • Be returned in suitable packaging.

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, this typically takes 5-10 business days.

FREE EXCHANGES

Need a different size? We offer free exchanges on all eligible orders.

Simply choose "Exchange" in the Returns Portal and select your preferred size or item. Once your return has been received and approved, we'll ship your replacement as quickly as possible.

STORE CREDIT + 10%

Prefer to shop later? Choose "Store Credit" instead of a refund, and we'll add 10% extra value.

Example:
Refund value: DKK 1,000
Store Credit received: DKK 1,100

Your Store Credit will be sent to your email as soon as your return has been processed.

You're also welcome to return or exchange your online order at our Shop Sauna Flagship Store.

Please bring the items along with your order confirmation. Our team will be happy to help you with an exchange, refund or Store Credit.
