RETURNS
RETURN POLICY
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your order.
Returned items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In their original condition
- Returned with all original tags attached
- Returned in their original packaging
Please include your packing slip or order confirmation with your return.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as SAUNA cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit. Returns sent to parcel shops or collection points cannot be accepted.

IN-STORE RETURNS
Online orders may be returned at our Copenhagen flagship store. Please bring your order confirmation.
Refunds for in-store drop-offs are processed through our online system and will be issued to the original payment method.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges for online orders.
If you would like a different size, colour or product, please place a new order and return the original item within 14 days for a refund.
Online purchases may be exchanged at our Copenhagen flagship store, subject to availability. Please bring your order confirmation.
REFUNDS
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, it may take several business days for it to be inspected and registered.
After your return has been approved and processed, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
To request a cancellation, please contact orders@shopsauna.com and include your order number. Cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed, particularly during weekends, holidays or high-volume periods.

SHIPPING
SHIPPING
Orders are processed Monday–Friday and typically ship within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow 48–72 business hours for tracking updates to appear.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the contents of your order. You will always see the final shipping cost before completing your purchase.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier service. Once your order has shipped, the tracking information provided will contain the most accurate delivery estimate.

SAUNA currently ships to selected countries across Europe and internationally.
European Union
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
International
Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and United States.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Tracking numbers are generated when your shipping label is created. It may take 1–3 business days for the carrier to scan and update the shipment status after collection.
ADDRESS CHANGES
If you've entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. While address updates can sometimes be accommodated, they cannot be guaranteed once order processing has begun.
WARRANTY
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact orders@shopsauna.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the defect or damage
Our team will review the case and assist with a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.
WARRANTY
All products are covered by a 24-month warranty under Danish consumer law.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults in materials or workmanship. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper care, accidents, alterations or normal wear and tear.
