GENERAL TERMS

By placing an order with Sauna, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Sauna reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time; changes will be published on this page.

PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY

All products are sold in limited drops and are subject to availability. Product images are for illustrative purposes only; minor variations in color or design may occur.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in Danish Kroner (DKK) when accessed from Denmark, or automatically converted to the local currency (EUR, USD, GBP, etc.) for international customers. Prices include 25% VAT unless otherwise stated.
We accept major payment methods, including credit/debit cards and MobilePay. Payment is processed securely at the time of order.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation serves as a receipt and proof of purchase. If you do not receive a confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact orders@shopsauna.com.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method.

Sauna currently ships to the following countries:

EU countries:
Denmark, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

International countries:
United Arab Emirates, Australia, Canada, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Norway, New Zealand, Singapore, United States, Turkey.

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, in their original packaging and with all tags attached.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
Please ensure that items are sent using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

Returns sent to parcel shops will not be accepted. All returns must be sent directly to:

Once a return arrives at our warehouse, it may take several days before the item is inspected and registered in our system. After the refund has been issued, please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank and payment provider.

Refund processing times begin only after the return has been inspected and registered. Processing times may be longer during peak periods.

Optional: Return in-store
As an additional service, online orders may also be returned in our Copenhagen flagship store, please provide your order confirmation. Refunds for in-store drop-offs are still processed through our online system and issued to the original payment method.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges online.If you need a different item, size, or colour, please place a new order at any time.
You may return your original order within 14 days as described above, and we will refund it once it has been received and inspected. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Optional: Exchange in-store
Online purchases may also be exchanged in our Copenhagen flagship store, subject to availability. Please bring your order confirmation.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, contact orders@shopsauna.com with your order number. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed during peak periods or weekends.

WARRANTY

All products are covered by a 24-month warranty under Danish law. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us at orders@shopsauna.com with photos and a description of the issue.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Shop Sauna cannot be held liable for indirect or consequential losses, delays, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., strikes, courier delays, customs issues, natural disasters, etc.).

PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

Your personal information is processed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Danish data protection law. We collect only the information necessary to process your order and provide customer service. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Danish law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be submitted to the Danish courts, with Helsingør Court as the court of first instance.

SAUNA operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). SAUNA is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information when you visit, use, or make a purchase or other transaction using the Services or otherwise communicate with us. • From our service providers who help us operate the Services, including Shopify (storefront, checkout and order management), payment processors, shipping and logistics providers, analytics providers, and customer support tools.

• From our email marketing provider: Omnisend (newsletter sign-ups, subscription status, marketing preferences, and consent logs).

• From advertising partners (if enabled) such as Meta and Google, when we run and measure advertising (and where applicable) build audiences for advertising, subject to applicable law and your cookie choices.
