General Terms

By placing an order with SAUNA, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

SAUNA reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on this page and become effective immediately upon publication.

Products & Availability

All products are sold subject to availability. Some collections are released in limited quantities and may sell out.

Product images are provided for illustrative purposes only. While we strive to display colours accurately, slight variations may occur depending on your screen settings.

Prices & Payment

Prices are displayed in Danish Kroner (DKK) for customers shopping from Denmark. International customers will automatically see prices in their local currency where available.

Unless otherwise stated, all prices include applicable VAT.

We accept major credit and debit cards, MobilePay and other payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is securely authorised when the order is placed.

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

If you do not receive your confirmation within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us at orders@shopsauna.com.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are normally processed within 2–5 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation including tracking information.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs processing and the selected shipping method.

SAUNA currently ships to the following countries:

European Union

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

International

Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and United States.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

If your order has not yet been processed for shipment, you may request cancellation through our cancellation portal:

If your cancellation request is received before dispatch, your order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You may instead return your order in accordance with our return policy below.

Right of Withdrawal & Returns

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order.

To create a return, please use our Return Portal:

Simply enter your order number together with the email address used when placing your order.

If you choose a refund to your original payment method, a DKK 39 return fee will automatically be deducted from your refund.

Returned items must:

Be unworn and in their original condition.
Include all original tags and packaging.
Be free from perfume, makeup, smoke or other signs of use.
Be returned within the 14-day withdrawal period.

SAUNA reserves the right to refuse returns or reduce the refund if the value of the goods has been diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality.

Once your return has been received, inspected and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Depending on your payment provider, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days after processing.

Mystery Items

Mystery Items are subject to our standard 14-day right of withdrawal, but cannot be returned through our Return Portal.

Mystery Items cannot be exchanged and are not eligible for Gift Card +10%.

If you wish to return a Mystery Item for a refund to your original payment method, please contact orders@shopsauna.com for return instructions.

The return must be shipped back to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Contacting us within the 14-day period does not extend the return deadline.

Return shipping is at your own expense.

If you received a prize or free gift with your Mystery order, this must also be returned if the qualifying order is returned for a refund.

All other conditions regarding returns and the right of withdrawal remain unchanged.

Gift Card + 10%

As an alternative to a refund, you may choose Gift Card through our Return Portal.

When selecting Gift Card, you will receive 10% extra value added to the amount of your approved return.

Gift Card is issued by email immediately after your return has been processed and approved.

Mystery Items are not eligible for Gift Card +10%.

Exchanges

SAUNA offers free exchanges on eligible orders.

To request an exchange, simply use our Return Portal and select the preferred size or item.

Once your returned item has been received and approved, your replacement order will be shipped as quickly as possible.

Mystery Items are not eligible for exchange.

Returns & Exchanges in Store

Online purchases may also be returned or exchanged at our Copenhagen Flagship Store.

Please bring your order confirmation.

Refunds for in-store returns are processed through our online system and will be issued to your original payment method. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Mystery Items cannot be returned or exchanged in-store. Please follow the return instructions under “Mystery Items” above.

Warranty & Claims

All products are covered by a 24-month warranty in accordance with Danish consumer law.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, improper care or normal wear and tear.

If you believe your item is defective, please submit your claim through our claims portal:

To submit a claim, you will need to provide:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs showing the defect

Once we have received your claim, we will review the information and contact you with the next steps as soon as possible.

Limitation of Liability

SAUNA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or from delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, transport disruptions, customs delays, natural disasters or other force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Privacy

SAUNA processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Danish data protection legislation.

Personal information is collected solely for the purpose of processing orders, providing customer service and fulfilling our legal obligations.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Danish law.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions shall be submitted to the competent Danish courts, with the District Court of Helsingør as the court of first instance, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection legislation.
