All orders are shipped with the company GLS (General Logistic Services). Danish and German orders will be delivered within 1-7 days from the day you received your shipping confirmation.

We also ship to the following EU countries with GLS EUROPE. International orders will be delivered within 1-7 days from the day you received your shipping confirmation.

RETURN POLICY

SAUNA AGENCY accepts returns and offers you 14 days of return from after the day you received your goods. Items must be returned unused and in the same condition as when received with tags attached. Return of items is at own expense. Once we have received the goods and accepted the return, we will transfer the amount to your account.
Please include your order confirmation in your return package.

Please allow 7 working days to receive your refund once your return has been handled. We will refund your amount to the credit card on which items were purchased. This is to prevent illegal use of stolen credit cards.
